Cloudy Hands

Heart flows are warranted throughout the year, but are especially potent in the summer and connected to the Fire Element. “Cloudy Hands” is a beautiful Qi Gong flow to cultivate heart energy for more love, joy, and bliss.

In “Cloudy Hands,” the upper hand is like a cloud moving across the sky. The lower hand can be seen as the shadow of the upper cloud or as a hand running atop cool water to soothe a fiery heart.

Feet shoulder-distance apart.

Spine - long.

Head lifted to the heavens.

Drop the left hand to the Lower Tan Tien.

Shift the weight to the right.

Turn the hips from your center.

Change hands.

Repeat to the left.
