The 30-minute class is a combination of breathwork, activation, warm-up, stretching, flows and standing postures with mindful movement. Classes may also include Tao Yin floor-work, focusing on core strength and flexibility.

The first class or hike is free.
Zoom Class (30 minutes)
Join me for a one-hour group hike in the great outdoors. We will hike 15 minutes, do 30 minutes of Qi Gong class and hike 15 minutes back. The class includes breathwork, activation, warm-up, stretching, flows and standing postures with mindful movement.

Qi Gong Hike (1 hour)
In addition to regular classes, I will periodically offer special Qi Gong events such as hikes in different locations and at different times. I’m open to planning special events for small groups, both in person and on Zoom.

What to expect
Lady Allium's class content is based on Holden-style Qi Gong. Class structure is composed of:
Breath work - calm the mind and neurological system
Activation - wake up the dormant qi
Warm up - prepare the body for exercise
Stretching - ease tension
Flowing, meditative movement - circulate and strengthen energy
Standing posture - strengthen structure
