I chose to shoot this Qi Gong video in Green Mountain Falls, Colorado, with the Skynet installation, “Off the Beaten Path,” created by Patrick Shearn. It reminds me of how energy is constantly moving, flowing, and changing. It can affect us in a myriad of ways.

I recently did a podcast to promote my Lady Allium Qi Gong business on the Global Podcast Network. I was very pleased with the experience and thankful for all the support and encouragement I received prior to it.

In “Cloudy Hands,” the upper hand is like a cloud moving across the sky. The lower hand can be seen as the shadow of the upper cloud or as a hand running atop cool water to soothe a fiery heart.
