I chose to shoot this Qi Gong video in Green Mountain Falls, Colorado, with the Skynet installation, “Off the Beaten Path,” created by Patrick Shearn. It reminds me of how energy is constantly moving, flowing, and changing. It can affect us in a myriad of ways.
Collectively, we can have a synergistic effect on our world. What do you see? What do you feel? How does this flow move you?
Thanks to my wonderful husband for being my videographer. Thanks to Sufi Garza for teaching me how to artistically put new pizzazz into my storytelling. Thanks to Lee Holden and Kele Baker for giving me the tools to further delve into this multi-tiered flow.
