Qi Gong Brings Good Fortune

Aging is automatic, but aging gracefully is a choice. It is something we have to work at, and it’s a great way to add years to your life and life to your years by practicing Qi Gong. It is good for anyone at any age.

In addition to teaching Qi Gong Zoom classes, I lead hikes and special retreats. I also have the privilege of regularly teaching some wonderful seniors at Bear Creek Senior Living. On a monthly basis, I teach two groups in assisted living and a group in memory care. They are lively groups of fun people!

  • Wave breathing

  • Joint mobilization for the elbow

  • Acupressure point SI 3 - master point for the upper back

  • Flow - “Freebird”

These, as well as other Qi Gong exercises, are great for aligning the body, mind, and heart. Maintaining a good balance with all three is especially important during the upcoming busy holiday season.
