Qi Gong Hike in Garden of the Gods

On this 90-minute Qi Gong hike, focusing on health and vitality from the inside out, we will travel very picturesque trails. What is Qi Gong? Qi is life-force energy. Gong is skill or expertise,  so Qi Gong is skill at balancing the energy of our body, heart, and mind.  Qi Gong is an invitation to slow down and move through life with relaxation. Our hike will include breath work, activation, warm-up and stretch, flows with mindful movement and standing postures. This hike is suitable for newcomers as well as people of all fitness levels. You will find it a very invigorating and uplifting way to enjoy one of our country’s most magnificent parks! Your body, heart, and mind will be revitalized from practicing Qi Gong. We will do a combination of hiking and stopping along the route at suitable spots to practice Qi Gong.
